The Lucian

The Lucian is a four story condominium building located at the the southwest corner of the Amphitheater. The building houses condominiums that feature one, two and three bedroom units. All of the units have large porches that provide residents with beautiful views of the Gulf and the Amphitheater. All residents have the convenience of the building's enclosed parking facility located beneath The Lucian.

Khoury & Vogt Architects chose to follow the traditional style of Alys Beach when designing The Lucian. The building's walls and piers are in white stucco with wood stained balconies outside each unit. The building's first floor is civic-scaled and is designed for business activity. As Alys Beach's Town Center expands, The Lucian will be the example in building for years to come.
